NBA: Miami 95, Chicago 88

MIAMI, April 8 (UPI) -- Kasib Powell scored a career-high 18 points Tuesday to pace the Miami Heat to a come-from-behind 95-88 victory over the Chicago Bulls.

Chris Quinn and Ricky Davis each scored 16 points to help the Heat snap a seven-game losing streak. Earl Barron and Mark Blount each had 13 points.

The loss eliminated Chicago from the NBA playoff race.

Luol Deng led the Bulls with 25 points. Joakim Noah had 16 points and 13 rebounds, and Ben Gordon scored 16 points in the Bulls' fifth loss in their last seven games.
