CHICAGO, April 7 (UPI) -- Aramis Ramirez had a sacrifice fly in the 12th inning Monday to help the Chicago Cubs post a 10-8 victory over the Pittsburgh Pirates.

Ramirez finished with two runs batted in for Chicago, which blew a 7-0 lead but still managed to win its third straight game. Ronny Cedeno drove in three runs for the Cubs.

Nate McLouth had three hits and two RBI for the Pirates.

Ryan Theriot started the 12th with a walk from Evan Meek (0-1). Alfonso Soriano also walked. Meek threw a wild pitch to advance the runners and Derrek Lee was walked intentionally to load the bases.

Ramirez then lined to right field and Theriot beat Xavier Nady's high throw home. After another wild pitch, Kosuke Fukudome was walked intentionally to again load the bases and Mark DeRosa walked to force home the second run of the inning.

Jon Lieber (1-1) earned the win with three innings of two-hit relief.
