Tommie Harris' wife dies

EDMONTON, Alberta, April 2 (UPI) -- Owen Nolan, whose offensive touch was dormant for 22 games, scored in the third period Tuesday, lifting Calgary to a 3-2 win at Edmonton and into the playoffs.
Adrian Aucoin and Alex Tanguay also scored for Calgary, while Miikka Kiprusoff made 28 saves. Calgary ended a two-game win streak and knocked the Oilers out of playoff contention.
Curtis Glencross scored twice for Edmonton, which has dropped three out of four and will miss the playoffs for the second year in a row. Dwayne Roloson stopped 14 shots for the Oilers.
