
DENVER, March 30 (UPI) -- Kenyon Martin's 30 points and 11 rebounds led the Denver Nuggets to a 119-112 victory against the Golden State Warriors.
The winners rallied after trailing 67-61 at halftime. After scoring the final five points of the third, Denver opened the fourth quarter with a 6-0 spurt for a 94-86 advantage. Its biggest lead was 102-88 with 8:20 left in the contest.
Carmelo Anthony scored 25 with seven rebounds and six assists. J.R. Smith scored 20 and Allen Iverson added 14 points, eight assists and seven rebounds for the Nuggets, who hold a one-half game edge over the Warriors for the final Western Conference playoff berth.
Golden State got 28 points and seven assists from Baron Davis. Stephen Jackson scored 25 with five rebounds and four assists.
Monta Ellis scored 22 and Andris Biedrins had 17 points and 17 rebounds for the Warriors, who have split their last 10 contests.
