CLEVELAND, March 30 (UPI) -- LeBron James scored the go-ahead basket and finished with 26 points Sunday, carrying the Cleveland Cavaliers over the Philadelphia 76ers 91-88.

James sank a running layup with 19.3 seconds to play to break an 88-88 tie. The Cavaliers' Joe Smith completed the scoring with a free-throw, leaving the Sixers enough time for a last shot, but Andre Iguodala missed from three-point range.

Delonte West hit four three-point shots and ended up with 18 points for the Cavs.

Iguodala scored 19 points for Philadelphia.
