MILWAUKEE, March 28 (UPI) -- Dwight Howard scored 25 points Friday and the Orlando Magic established a franchise-record with its 24th road win of the season in blasting Milwaukee 103-86.
The Magic are coasting to the playoffs with an 8 1/2-game lead over Washington in the Southeast Division.
Rashard Lewis added 16 points and Hedo Turkoglu had 12. Turkoglu was in action despite having left last Tuesday's game against San Antonio with a sprained right wrist.
Milwaukee, loser of 12 out of 14, was led by 18 points from Maurice Williams.
Howard scored 14 points in the first period, at the end of which Orlando had a 34-23 lead. Orlando boosted its advantage to 17 at the break and then opened the second half with a 15-6 run.
Orlando won for only the second time in its last 10 trips to Milwaukee.
