
COLUMBUS, Ohio, March 14 (UPI) -- Chicago got one goal from six different players Friday in a 6-3 victory against the Columbus Blue Jackets.
The Blackhawks spurted to a 3-0 lead after the first period when Cam Barker (unassisted), Duncan Keith and Dave Bollard scored.
The other goals were scored by Patrick Kane, Dustin Byfuglien and Andrew Ladd (power play).
Patrick Sharp had two assists, Ladd and Barker one each and goaltender Patrick Lalime yielded three goals on 32 shots for the Blackhawks, who ended a four-game losing streak.
Columbus got one goal each from Fredrik Modin, Dan Fritche and Rick Nash (unassisted in the third).
Goaltenders Pascal Leclaire and Fredrik Norrena combined to give up six goals on 25 shots for the Blue Jackets, who have dropped eight of their last nine home contests and have a small chance to earn an Eastern Conference playoff berth.
