CALGARY, Alberta, March 11 (UPI) -- Jarome Iginla's 41st goal this season Monday made him Calgary's all-time leading goal scorer and helped the Flames roast St. Louis 7-3.

Iginla, who also carded two assists, got his history-making goal on the power play in the second period, beating Blues backup goalie Hannu Toivonen with a shot through traffic from the left point. The goal pushed Iginla past Theo Fleury for the franchise mark.

Alex Tanguay scored twice and added an assist for Calgary, which has won three of its last four to move in front of idle Minnesota for first place in the Northwest Division. Kristian Huselius, Matthew Lombardi, Marcus Nilson and Daymond Langkow also scored for the winners.

Brad Boyes scored twice and David Backes tallied once for the Blues, who have dropped three straight.

Manny Legace started in the nets for St. Louis but was pulled in favor of Toivonen after a poor first period. Each wound up allowing three goals.
