LAS VEGAS, March 9 (UPI) -- Unseeded San Franciscan Sam Querrey dropped the first set but came back to defeat South African Kevin Anderson Sunday and win the Tennis Channel Open Las Vegas.
Querrey won 4-6, 6-3, 6-4 to take his first ATP title.

The 20-year-old American, who had never before reached a final on tour, earned $68,800.
The 6-foot-7 Anderson, also unseeded and playing in his first final, collected $37,350.
Anderson had not won an ATP match until the Las Vegas event, where he defeated four opponents before losing in the final.
