TORONTO, March 9 (UPI) -- Anthony Parker scored 23 points for Toronto, which stopped a late Seattle surge Sunday and beat the SuperSonics 114-106.

Seattle went on a 12-2 run to cut a 15-point deficit to five with 3:46 to play but could not get any closer.

The Raptors, winning for just the second time in six games, moved to within a game and a half of idle Cleveland for the No. 4 playoff seed in the Eastern Conference.

Rasho Nesterovic added 17 points, Andrea Bargnani 16 and Carlos Delfino 15 for Toronto.

Chris Wilcox scored 28 points and Kevin Durant 20 for the Sonics, who have lost four straight.
