NBA: San Antonio 108, Indiana 97

SAN ANTONIO, March 6 (UPI) -- Manu Ginobili made 10 of 13 shots from the field and scored 28 points Thursday, leading the San Antonio Spurs to a 108-97 victory over Indiana.

The defending champion Spurs won their 11th consecutive game and their 15th out of 16.

Tony Parker contributed 19 points and Matt Bonner had 15. The Spurs overcame an off night by Tim Duncan, who was limited to six points while making only three of 11 shots.

Indiana was led by Danny Granger with 22 points. The Pacers have lost five out of seven.

The Spurs had only a two-point lead at halftime, but opened the third period with an 18-7 run that included a three-pointer from Parker. San Antonio built its lead to 84-69 through three quarters and was not threatened in the fourth.

San Antonio Coach Gregg Popovich was ejected with 5:39 remaining in the first half for arguing with referee Mark Wunderlich.
