HOUSTON, March 5 (UPI) -- Tracy McGrady scored 25 points Wednesday and Houston, carrying on without Yao Ming, won its franchise-record 16th straight, 117-99 over Indiana.

The Rockets have captured all four games since Yao was lost for the remainder of the season with a stress fracture in his left foot.

Rafer Alston added 21 points, Luther Head had 14, and both Carl Landry and Luis Scola pitched in with 13.

Houston will go for its 17th straight victory Thursday against Dallas, which will have to play without suspended superstar Dirk Nowitzki. He was expelled for one game by the NBA Wednesday because of a flagrant foul he committed Monday against Utah.

Troy Murphy and Danny Granger led Indiana with 17 points each. The Pacers have lost four of six and 15 of their last 19.
