Report: Kansas football coach probed

PITTSBURGH, March 2 (UPI) -- A shootout goal by Kristopher Letang gave the Pittsburgh Penguins a 3-2 victory Sunday over Atlanta -- the Thrashers' seventh straight defeat.
Maxime Talbot and Ryan Malone scored in regulation for the Penguins, who moved into first place in the Atlantic Division, a point ahead of the New Jersey Devils.
Marc-Andrew-Fleury, who preserved the win by blocking an Ilya Kovalchuk shot after Letang put the Penguins ahead in the shootout, totaled 31 saves.
Jim Slater and Slava Kozlov got the Atlanta goals, and Joel Kwiatkowski contributed two assists. Kari Lehtonen stopped 32 shots.
