COL BKB: Texas Tech 83, Texas 80

LUBBOCK, Texas, March 1 (UPI) -- Alan Voskuil scored 18 points and went 10-for-10 from the foul line Saturday to lead Texas Tech to an 83-80 upset of fifth-ranked Texas.

Martin Zeno had 15 points and eight rebounds for the Red Raiders (16-12, 7-7 Big 12), who have won three of four. Charlie Burgess and Trevor Cook each had 14 points and John Roberson added 11 in the win.

D.J. Augustin scored 30 points for the Longhorns (24-5, 11-3 Big 12), who had an eight-game winning streak broken. Texas is in first place in the Big 12 standings.

A.J. Abrams and Justin Mason had 14 and 13 points respectively and Damion James 10 points and 12 rebounds for Texas.

The Longhorns trailed by 13 points, 58-45, with 9:28 left in the second half.
