COL BKB: Purdue 65, Minnesota 53

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind., Feb. 28 (UPI) -- E'Twaun Moore led the way with 22 points Wednesday and No. 19 Purdue won for the 12th time in 13 games -- 65-53 over Minnesota.

Robbie Hummel added 12 points for the Boilermakers (22-6, 13-2 Big Ten).

Minnesota (17-10, 7-8) was paced by Lawrence McKenzie with 13 points and 10 each from Dan Coleman and Spencer Tollackson.

Purdue had only a three-point lead at halftime, but opened the second half with a 13-3 run.
