LOS ANGELES , Feb. 20 (UPI) -- The LA Lakers, led by 23 points apiece from Kobe Bryant and Pau Gasol, zipped to their fifth straight win Tuesday, a 122-93 decision over the Atlanta Hawks.

] Lamar Odom added 17 points and 15 rebounds, while Vladimir Radmanovic had 14 points, Jordan Farmar 12 and Derek Fisher 10.

The best the Hawks could do was Joe Johnson's 18 points as they went down to their fifth straight defeat. Newly acquired point guard Mike Bibby injured his right ankle in the third quarter and sat out the rest of the game.

The Lakers roared out of the gate, taking a 12-4 lead, and never let up. They were up 32-14 after one quarter and outscored the Hawks 41-23 over the next 12 minutes for a 73-37 halftime margin.
