DALLAS, Feb. 17 (UPI) -- Niklas Hagman scored on a rebound shot early in the third period Sunday, giving Dallas a 1-0 win over Detroit -- the Red Wings' sixth straight loss.

The Stars have won nine of their last 10 games.

Hagman's shot from the right circle got past Detroit goalie Jimmy Howard, who had just blocked a shot by Jere Lehtinen.

Stars goaltender Marty Turco blocked 28 shots in his second shutout this season and 32nd of his career. Howard had 30 saves.
