TUCSON, Feb. 16 (UPI) -- Brook Lopez had 23 points and 10 rebounds and his brother Robin made a game-winning block to give seventh-ranked Stanford a 67-66 win over Arizona.

Robin Lopez had 14 points and eight rebounds for Stanford (21-4, 10-3 Pac-10). Lawrence Hill had 13 points for the Cardinal.

Jerryd Bayless scored 31 points and was 16 of 16 from the free-throw line for Arizona (16-9, 6-6), which lost for the third time in four games. Chase Budinger had 23 points for the Wildcats.

Stanford held a two-point lead after a basket by Brook Lopez, but Budinger hit a three-pointer to give Arizona a 66-65 advantage with 45 seconds remaining.

After a Stanford timeout with 29.3 seconds left, Brook Lopez drove to the hoop and was fouled from behind by Budinger -- and then made both free throws.
