PATTAYA, Thailand, Feb. 8 (UPI) -- Top-seeded Agnieszka Radwanska claimed a straight-set victory Friday and moved into the semifinals of the $170,000 Pattaya Women's Open tournament in Thailand.

Radwanska, to the dismay of local crowds, swept out Thailand's Tamarine Tanasugarn 6-2, 6-3 and earned a match with Ekaterina Bychkova in Saturday's semifinals.

Bychkova was a 4-6, 7-6 (8-6), 6-3 winner over Vesna Manasieva in her Friday match.

The other semifinal sends Jill Craybas against Akgul Amanmurdova. Craybas was solid in a 6-4, 6-4 win over Andreja Klepac while Amanmurdova posted an upset of fourth-seeded Yung-Jan Chan, with a 6-1, 7-6 (7-4) win.

The semifinal winners advance to Sunday's title match where the champion will claim $25,650 and the runner-up $13,825. Saturday's semifinals losers will each earn $7,450.
