DALLAS, Feb. 6 (UPI) -- Jason Terry scored 11 of his 23 points in the fourth quarter Wednesday in helping Dallas pull away for a 107-96 victory over Milwaukee.

The game was tied going into the final period, but Dallas dominated the closing 12 minutes to win its second straight game after dropping two in a row.

Dirk Nowitzki paced Dallas with 29 points and Josh Howard had 15. Mo Williams led Milwaukee with 36.

Dallas won for the 21st time in 24 home games this season.

A three-pointer by Terry with 9:55 remaining put the Mavericks in front for good. Terry's dunk with 1:48 to go boosted Dallas in front by four and sent the Mavericks on a 14-5 run that clinched the contest.
