
EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J., Feb. 5 (UPI) -- Pau Gasol had 24 points and 12 rebounds in his Los Angeles debut Tuesday to lead the Lakers to a 105-90 win over the New Jersey Nets.
The Lakers acquired Gasol last Friday from the Memphis Grizzlies in exchange for three players, the draft rights to Marc Gasol and first-round picks in 2008 and 2010.
Derek Fisher added 28 points for the Lakers, who have won three straight. Vladimir Radmanovic had 16 points, and Lamar Odom had 14 points and 15 rebounds.
Kobe Bryant had only six points on three-of-13 shooting, It was the first time in 93 games he failed to score in double figures.
Vince Carter had 27 points for the Nets, who lost for the 11th time in their last 13 games. Bostjan Nachbar added 19 points and 10 rebounds.
