NHL: N.Y. Rangers 5, Montreal 3

MONTREAL, Feb. 3 (UPI) -- Scott Gomez, Chris Drury and Martin Straka scored Sunday to lift the New York Rangers from a three-goal deficit to a 5-3 win over Montreal.

Gomez, Drury and Straka each added an assist and Michal Rozsival and Brandon Dubinsky got the other two goals.

Montreal led 3-0 in the second period on goals by Alex Kovalev, Sergei Kostitsyn and Andrei Markov, but the Rangers' Henrik Lundqvist shut the Canadiens down the rest of the way. Lundqvist finished with 25 saves.

Montreal goaltender Cristobal Huet also blocked 25 shots.
