
COLUMBIA, Mo., Feb. 2 (UPI) -- J.T. Tiller tallied 20 points Saturday to lead the Missouri Tigers to a 77-74 upset of the 24th-ranked Kansas State Wildcats.
Leo Lyons returned to the lineup after a one-game suspension and added 13 points off the bench for the Tigers (13-9, 3-4 Big 12).
Marshall Brown also suited up again for the Tigers, finishing with two points. Brown and Lyons, along with Jason Horton and Darryl Butterfield, were suspended for Wednesday's 66-62 loss to Nebraska after a fight outside a Columbia, Mo., nightclub.
Stefhon Hannah, the Tigers top scorer, suffered a fractured jaw in the fight and is expected to be sidelined for up to six weeks. Horton and Butterfield remain suspended.
Michael Beasley had 17 points and 10 rebounds for Kansas State (15-5, 5-1), which had a six-game winning streak stopped. Blake Young added 14 points.
