NEW YORK, Jan. 31 (UPI) -- Major League Baseball plans to locate the headquarters of its new cable network with 50 million subscribers in New York's Harlem neighborhood next year.

The building would be the first prime office tower to be built in Harlem since the 1970s. Construction is expected to begin this spring, The New York Times reported Thursday.
