TORONTO, Jan. 30 (UPI) -- Andrea Bargnani scored a team-high 19 points Wednesday when the Toronto Raptors ripped the Washington Wizards 122-83.
Toronto avenged a 108-104 overtime loss at Washington Tuesday by sprinting away from a 28-23 advantage after the first quarter to a 61-41 halftime lead.
When Toronto built its lead to 71-49 with 7:09 left in the third, the contest basically was over because the injury-depleted Wizards had no answer.
Bargnani was one of six players in double figures for the Raptors.
The others were Chris Bosh (16 points), Anthony Parker (15), Juan Dixon (12), Carlos Delfino (11), and Jose Calderon (11).
With the win, the Raptors have won three of their last four games.
The Wizards, playing without Caron Butler (hip) and Gilbert Arenas (ankle), were led by DeShawn Stevenson's 16 points, five rebounds and four assists.
Roger Mason scored 14, Andray Blatche 12, and Antawn Jamison was held to 11 points for the Wizards, who suffered their fourth straight defeat at Toronto.
