COL BKB: Connecticut 68, Indiana 63

The visitors won on the road despite the indefinite suspensions of sophomore guards Jerome Dyson and Doug Wiggins by Coach Jim Calhoun.

The winners led by just 29-24 at the half but scored enough to withstand a big Indiana rally late in the contest.

UConn's Craig Austrie scored a team-high 15 points. A.J. Price had 14 points, eight assists and six rebounds.

Hasheem Thabeet added 12 points and five rebounds, while Jeff Adrien and Stanley Robinson both 11 points and 11 rebounds for the Huskies (14-5), who have won three in a row, two against ranked teams. They beat Marquette 89-73 on Jan. 20.

Indiana got a team-high 18 points from Armon Bassett.

Eric Gordon scored 14 points, and D.J. White added 13 points and 10 rebounds for the Hoosiers (17-2), whose 13-game overall winning streak and 29-game victory streak in their home court snapped.
