ATLANTA, Jan. 20 (UPI) -- Robert Nilsson had a goal and assist and Dwayne Roloson stopped 29 shots Sunday for Edmonton, which ended a three-game skid with a 4-2 win over Atlanta.
Dustin Penner, Sam Gagner and Tom Gilbert added goals for the Oilers, and Steve Stios, Shawn Horcoff and Ales Hemsky recorded two assists each.
Vyacheslav Kozlov and Marian Hossa scored for the Thrashers, losers of three in a row.
Atlanta goalie Kari Lehtonen made 20 saves.
