COL BKB: Cincinnati 62, Pittsburgh 59

CINCINNATI, Jan. 19 (UPI) -- Deonta Vaughn had 14 points Saturday to lead Cincinnati scoring in the Bearcats' 62-59 upset over the 16th-ranked Pittsburgh Panthers.

Adam Hrycaniuk had 12 points and seven rebounds and Rashad Bishop had 11 points and six rebounds for Cincinnati (9-9, 4-2 Big East), which earned its third victory in its last four games.

Sam Young had 24 points and nine rebounds for the Panthers (15-3, 3-2), who had a three-game winning streak snapped. Keith Benjamin, who scored 11 points, was the only other Panther to register double-figures in scoring.
