PITTSBURGH, Jan. 14 (UPI) -- Ronald Ramon and Keith Benjamin each scored 18 points Monday to lead 18th-ranked Pittsburgh to a 69-60 win over eighth-ranked Georgetown.

DeJuan Blair added 15 points and nine rebounds for Pitt (15-2, 3-1 Big East), which avenged its loss to Georgetown in the Big East championship game last season.

Jonathan Wallace scored 14 points, while Roy Hibbert had 12 points and 10 rebounds for Georgetown (13-2, 3-1), which went into the game as the only team left without a conference loss.

Pitt led by one point at halftime and started the second half on an 11-2 run during which Ramon and Benjamin each sank a three-pointer.
