COL BKB: Pittsburgh 84, Seton Hall 70

PITTSBURGH, Jan. 12 (UPI) -- Eighteenth-ranked Pittsburgh's Sam Young scored 28 points, helping lead a barrage of three-pointers Saturday in an 84-70 win over Seton Hall.

Young and Ronald Ramon each hit four of the Panthers' 11 threes.

DeJuan Blair added 20 points and 14 rebounds for Pittsburgh (14-2, 2-1 Big East). Ramon had 14 points and eight assists.

The top scorer for the Pirates (10-6, 0-3) was Eugene Harvey with 25 points.
