Blues' Mike Johnson out for season

ST. LOUIS, Jan. 11 (UPI) -- The St. Louis Blues announced Friday that forward Mike Johnson will undergo shoulder surgery, ending his season

The 33-year-old Johnson injured his left shoulder Jan 2 in a 3-2 overtime loss to the Edmonton Oilers and has not played since.

Johnson has been in the NHL since 1997. He has 129 goals and 246 assists in 661 games with Toronto, Tampa Bay, Phoenix, Montreal and St. Louis.
