NBA: New York 105, Chicago 100

CHICAGO, Jan. 8 (UPI) -- Eddy Curry had 29 points and eight rebounds Tuesday, carrying the New York Knicks to a 105-100 victory over the Chicago Bulls.

Jamal Crawford added 24 points and Stephon Marbury 18 to help the Knicks end a seven-game losing streak.

Joe Smith had 22 points and 12 rebounds for the Bulls. Ben Gordon added 21 points, and Kirk Hinrich had 20 points and nine assists.

Chicago played without star forward Luol Deng, who missed the game with a left Achilles injury.
