NBA: Cleveland 95, Seattle 79

CLEVELAND, Jan. 8 (UPI) -- LeBron James scored 22 points Tuesday, helping the Cleveland Cavaliers to their fourth straight victory, 95-79 over the Seattle SuperSonics.

Daniel Gibson added 17 points, and Anderson Varejao 14 points and nine rebounds for Cleveland. James, who had 24 of his 39 points in the fourth quarter at Toronto Sunday, sat out the final 8:36 of this game with the Cavs holding a 19-point lead at the time.

Kevin Durant led the Sonics, but was forced out of the game midway through the fourth quarter with an ankle injury. Wally Szczerbiak added 15 points and Nick Collison had 14 rebounds for Seattle, which lost its fourth straight.
