Vikings' Asher Allen retires at age 24
SALT LAKE CITY, Jan. 3 (UPI) -- Kyle Korver made five free throws over the final 26 seconds to protect Utah's lead Wednesday and the Jazz held off Philadelphia 110-107.
Carlos Boozer scored 22 points and grabbed nine rebounds, Mehmet Okur had 20 and Deron Williams scored 15 to go with 20 assists.
Andre Iguodala hit a season-high 30 for Philadelphia, which has lost two out of three. Andre Miller added 25 and Samuel Dalembert had 20.
Philadelphia scored eight straight points to get within two with 91 seconds remaining, but Korver's free throws sealed Utah's advantage. He made two from the line with seven seconds left to give the Jazz a five-point cushion.
