NBA: Phoenix 117, Sacramento 102

SACRAMENTO, Dec. 30 (UPI) -- Amare Stoudemire scored 31 points to lead six Suns in double figures Sunday in a 117-102 victory over Sacramento.

Stoudemire also pulled down 17 rebounds. Shawn Marion had 25 points, Leandro Barbosa had 22, Steve Nash finished with 12 points and 15 assists, while Grant Hill scored 12 and Raja Bell had 11 for the Suns -- who have won three straight games and four of their last five.

Francisco Garcia led the Kings with 30 points. Mikki Moore had 20 points and 12 rebounds and John Salmons finished with 23 points and seven boards for Sacramento, which was 0-4 on its current home stand.

After the Suns went up 73-62 at 9:26 of the third, the Kings cut the lead to seven, but Phoenix went on a 7-0 run to go back up 82-68. The Kings used an 18-11 run to get within 93-86 after three, and pulled to within 99-96 with just over six minutes left to play.

Phoenix took control with a 12-0 surge to go up 110-96 with a little more than two minutes left and coasted from there.
