NFL: Philadelphia 17, Buffalo 9

PHILADELPHIA, Dec. 30 (UPI) -- Donovan McNabb threw for 345 yards and one touchdown Sunday, lifting the Philadelphia Eagles to a 17-9 win over the Buffalo Bills.

Brian Westbrook broke franchise season records for most yards from scrimmage, with 2,104 total yards, and most receptions, with 88.

McNabb completed 29 of 41 passes. Westbrook gained 42 yards on seven carries and caught four passes for 57 yards for the Eagles (8-8), who finished the season with a three-game winning streak.

Trent Edwards threw for just 133 yards on 16-of-30 passing for the Bills (7-9), who finished their season with three straight losses.

Marshawn Lynch rushed for 105 yards on 22 carries. Rian Lindell's three field goals provided all of Buffalo's scoring.
