NFL: Green Bay 34, Detroit 13

GREEN BAY, Wis., Dec. 30 (UPI) -- Brett Favre threw for two touchdowns and Craig Nall added one more Sunday, delivering the Green Bay Packers a 34-13 victory against the Detroit Lions.

Favre completed nine of 11 passes for 99 yards and two scores before being replaced by Nall in the second quarter. Nall was seven-of-15 passing for 88 yards and a touchdown for NFC North champion Green Bay (13-3).

Ryan Grant ran for 57 yards and a score, and Brandon Jackson rushed for a career-high 113 yards for Green Bay.

Jon Kitna threw for 246 yard, a touchdown and two interceptions on 22-of-48 passing for the Lions (7-9), who ended the season with their best record since 2000.

Shaun McDonald ended with five receptions for 69 yards with a touchdown in the loss.
