NFL: Chicago 33, New Orleans 25

CHICAGO, Dec. 30 (UPI) -- Devin Hester caught a 55-yard touchdown pass and returned a punt 64 yards for a score Sunday to help the Chicago Bears defeat the New Orleans Saints 33-25.

Kyle Orton threw for 190 yards and two touchdowns, but also threw an interception for the Bears (7-9), while Adrian Peterson ran for 91 yards on 21 carries and also threw a touchdown pass, and Mark Bradley caught a 19-yard TD pass from Orton.

Drew Brees completed 35 of 60 passes for 320 yards, three touchdowns and two interceptions in the loss, but also set an NFL record with 443 completions this season -- topping the 418 set by Oakland's Rich Gannon in 2002.

Pierre Thomas caught a TD pass and ran for 105 yards on 20 carries for New Orleans (7-9).

Marques Colston hauled in eight passes for 94 yards and a pair of scores.
