CHICAGO, Dec. 28 (UPI) -- Andres Nocioni made three free throws in the final 15 seconds Friday, boosting the Chicago Bulls and their new coach past Milwaukee 103-99.
The game marked the debut as head coach for Chicago's Jim Boylan, who was given the job for the rest of the season after Scott Skiles was fired on Christmas Eve. Boylan has been an assistant with the Bulls since 2004.
Chicago ended a three-game losing streak.
The Bulls had a one-point advantage when Nocioni made one out of two from the line with 15 seconds to go. Milwaukee's Mo Williams missed a three-point attempt with nine seconds left and Nocioni, after he was fouled by Charlie Villanueva, converted twice from the line with nine seconds remaining for the final margin.
Ben Gordon led Chicago with 31 and Luol Deng had 28.
The Bucks, losers of four out of five, got 33 points from Michael Redd.
