Colts' Marvin Harrison returns to practice

INDIANAPOLIS, Dec. 28 (UPI) -- The playing status of Indianapolis wide receiver Marvin Harrison remains questionable despite his return to the practice field Thursday.

The eight-time Pro Bowl choice has missed the Colts' last nine games because of a bruised left knee suffered against Denver Sept. 30.

"If he's able to practice and go, we'd love to get him some plays, (but) it's not as easy as people think," Coach Tony Dungy said earlier this week.

The Colts play the Tennessee Titans Sunday at the RCA Dome. Tennessee needs a win to earn its first playoff berth since 2003, while the Colts, winners of the AFC South Division, will be the No. 2 seed in AFC playoffs behind unbeaten New England.

They likely will be without right tackle Ryan Diem (knee), defensive tackle Raheem Brock (ribs), safety Antoine Bethea (knee), defensive end Robert Mathis (knee), linebacker Clint Session (ankle), and tight end Ben Utecht (shoulder).
