
JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Dec. 23 (UPI) -- Fred Taylor rushed for 111 yards and a touchdown on just seven carries Sunday in Jacksonville's crushing 49-11 victory over the Oakland Raiders.
David Garrard was 11-of-18 passing for 199 yards, two touchdowns and an interception for the Jaguars (11-4), who have won the top wild card spot and six of their last seven games. Quinn Gray stepped in for Garrard in the third quarter and completed five of eight passes for 54 yards and two scores.
Greg Jones, Matt Jones, Reggie Williams and Richard Angulo also pulled in touchdown catches for Jacksonville.
Josh McCown completed six of eight passes for 46 yards before being replaced by rookie JaMarcus Russell, who completed seven of 23 for 83 yards with his first career touchdown pass and three interceptions for Oakland (4-11).
Zach Miller had three catches for 27 yards and a score in the defeat.
