NHL: Minnesota 2, Los Angeles 1

LOS ANGELES, Dec. 16 (UPI) -- Marian Gaborik and Brian Rolston scored and Josh Harding stopped 35 shots for Minnesota Saturday night in the Wild's 2-1 victory over Los Angeles.

Harding -- in goal for Niklas Backstrom, who was out sick -- shut the Kings out for almost 59 minutes before allowing Rob Blake's goal with 1:12 left to play.

Jean-Sebastien Aubin made 22 saves for the Kings, who are 2-6-1 in their last nine games.
