
SAN ANTONIO, Dec. 16 (UPI) -- Fabricio Oberto had 21 points and 13 rebounds for San Antonio Saturday night and the Spurs ran their home record to 13-0 with a 102-91 win over Denver.
Michael Finley scored 21 points and Brent Barry had 14 for San Antonio, which is off to its best home start ever. Tim Duncan was held to eight points and five rebounds in his return to action from a four-game layoff due to an ankle sprain.
Tony Parker, out with a sprained left ankle, missed his second straight game.
Allen Iverson scored 30 points, Linas Kleiza had 16 and Carmelo Anthony had 15 for the Nuggets, who had won three straight coming into the game.
The Spurs put on a 12-3 run in the second quarter and led 56-50 at the half. San Antonio was up by double-digits during the entire fourth quarter.
