LOS ANGELES, Dec. 14 (UPI) -- Kobe Bryant had 30 points and Lamar Odom had 15 points and eight rebounds Thursday night in a Los Angeles Lakers 102-97 win over San Antonio.
Vladimir Radmanovic scored 10 and Andrew Bynum had six points and 11 rebounds for the Lakers before being ejected in the second half for arguing a foul call and then mixing it up with San Antonio's Fabricio Oberto.
Oberto scored nine points and pulled down a game-high 16 rebounds, and Brent Barry scored 17 for the Spurs -- who were playing without superstars Tim Duncan and Tony Parker. Both sat out the game with ankle injuries.
Manu Ginobili scored 14 points and Bruce Bowen poured in 22 -- hitting on five three-pointers.
The Lakers led 51-43 at the half, but the Spurs led 74-72 after three quarters.
LA took control in the fourth quarter, going up 99-86 with just over three and a half minutes left to play and keeping the game out of reach the rest of the way in their fourth straight win.
