PHILADELPHIA, Dec. 7 (UPI) -- Samuel Dalembert scored 20 points and the Philadelphia 76ers pulled away late Friday to defeat New York 101-90.

The game was tied with three minutes left in the third period, but the 76ers took control from there to end a three-game losing streak.

Lou Williams and Andre Iguodala both had 15 points. Philadelphia won for the first time under new General Manager Ed Stefanski.

The teams will play again Saturday in New York.

Jamal Crawford led the Knicks with 28 points. He scored all but six of the 23 points New York managed in the fourth period.

The Knicks have won just once on the road this season.

Stephon Marbury returned to the New York lineup after missing Tuesday's win over New Jersey while attending his father's funeral. Marbury scored two points in just over 13 minutes of action.
