NFL: San Diego 24, Kansas City 10

KANSAS CITY, Mo., Dec. 2 (UPI) -- LaDainian Tomlinson's two rushing touchdowns in San Diego's 24-10 victory over Kansas City Sunday moved him into third place on the NFL all-time list.

Tomlinson scored on runs of 31 and 28 yards, finishing with 177 yards on 23 carries. He now has 111 rushing TDs, moving him one past Walter Payton for third all-time. Only Emmitt Smith (164) and Marcus Allen (123) have more.

Philip Rivers completed just 10 of 21 passes for 157 yards and a touchdown and was picked off once as the Chargers (7-5) won their second straight game and maintained their lead in the AFC West.

Damon Huard connected on 19 of 34 passes for 186 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions, both snagged by Antonio Cromartie, as the Chiefs (4-8) lost their fifth straight.

Tony Gonzalez caught 10 passes for 140 yards for Kansas City.
