NFL: Oakland 34, Denver 20

OAKLAND, Calif., Dec. 2 (UPI) -- Josh McCown threw for 141 yards and three touchdowns and rookie JaMarcus Russell made his debut as quarterback as Oakland beat Denver 34-20 Sunday.

Russell, the top pick in April's draft, completed 4-of-7 passes for 56 yards and rushed for four yards on three carries for the Raiders (4-8), who have won two straight, while Justin Fargas ran for 146 yards and a touchdown.

Tim Dwight, Zach Miller and Jerry Porter caught touchdown passes for Oakland.

Denver running back Travis Henry ran for 49 yards with a pair of touchdowns in his first game back since tearing a posterior cruciate ligament.

Jay Cutler managed just 16-of-32 passing for 214 yards and two interceptions for the Broncos (5-7), who have lost two straight.
