SAN ANTONIO, Dec. 2 (UPI) -- The San Antonio Spurs, led by Tony Parker's 27 points, cruised past the Portland Trail Blazers 100-79 Sunday.

Spurs' center Tim Duncan was taken out of the game in the second quarter because of a knee injury and is scheduled for an MRI. Team officials said he is expected to miss some playing time.

Brent Barry added 17 points for the Spurs, who have won three straight games and eight of their last nine.

Travis Outlaw and Martell Webster each had 17 points for the Blazers, losers of four straight.
