Report: No discipline for Kings' Brown
LOS ANGELES, Dec. 2 (UPI) -- Mario Chalmers scored 20 points for the unbeaten fourth-ranked Kansas Jayhawks in a 59-55 win Sunday over No. 22 Southern California.
Kansas broke away with a 9-0 run late in the closely fought game.
Darrell Arthur added 10 points and Darnell Jackson collected 13 rebounds for Kansas (7-0).
O.J. Mayo scored 19 points and Davon Jefferson 17 for USC (6-2), which had won its six previous contests.
