NHL: Detroit 3, Phoenix 2

DETROIT, Dec. 1 (UPI) -- Detroit's Henrik Zetterberg and Dan Cleary scored third-period goals in a 3-2 win Saturday over the Phoenix Coyotes.

Pavel Datsyuk also scored for the Red Wings in their third straight victory, and Chris Osgood made 24 saves. Osgood is 13-1-1 this season.

Daniel Winnik and Fredrik Sjostrom scored for Phoenix, which has dropped three straight games, and Ilya Bryzgalov made 39 saves.

Cleary's power-play goal at 5:04 of the third period turned out to be the game-winner.
